i don't really know of an '"easy answer" to this one. but maybe u should take her out somewhere nice nd show her u can be a real gentleman and win her trust back that u wn't do that nemore. or maybe try to control ur temper, when she's "playin too much" next time kiss her or jus cuddle w/her instead. be gentle.

The fact you said, "my girl plays too much" shows you don't really think it's your fault you grabbed her. That will make it hard to apologize.

If it is her fault , then it is gone be hard for you to apologize. So just talk to her about playin so much and work it out.

well obviously the first thing you need to do is tell her and yourself you'll never do anything like that again and stick to it. and then you'll have to get her trust back because you probably scared her.
