What is he into?? We don't know him, you do..get him something he's into..a new game or two if he's got a game system, a gift card to where he likes to shop for clothes, does he need a watch??? If you don't know what he likes then maybe you need to ask him if there are anythings he'd like to have.

It depends how long you've been together and how sentimental you want to be. I think silver cufflinks are always a winner - a bit romantic as he can keep them forever and they always look so smart.
