What are your families' big skeletons?

I have recently found a some things out and I can't believe the extent that my family has gone to bury the truth when in reality facing the truth is actually a lot less difficult and causes much less pain for everyone else. In my case it was hiding that I had a sibling that I didn't know I had.

To cheer me up that family is not the only crazy one out there. Please tell me your wierd, cruel or bizarre stories that have been kept hidden from yourself or the outside world.

I have one here. My father had an affair with his secretary and even picked her up to and fro from work in his car..he even asked me to call her mum..i declined of course. But I still claimed that I have a very happy family in front of my classmates..especially when my mother is crying practically every night and on one saturday i remembered i heard the sound of glass smashing from the kitchen. When I came out,my father disappeared and my mother was lying on the floor with fresh blood oozing out from her hand...they divorced soon afterthat. My mother refused to give me to father and I was kept away from him since then. I had a dark period for 3 years and I became anti-social,until 2 years ago when suddenly I started to open up gradually...you know what? I once stayed indoors for a consecutive 2 months.

When I was 35, I was told I had a half sister from my Dad's first marriage. I already knew about my half brother who had lived with us for many years. Plus, this sister had another brother that I also didn't know about. So there are 2 half siblings that I do not know. My father is a very stubborn old man and wants nothing to do with them. I find our family to be the most dysfunctional family ever. It would of been much easier to know this alot earlier, as to my views about my Dad have changed. I long to know them, but have no way to get in touch since they are in another country. I hope you are happy! The world is a crazy place! You are definitely not alone.

Imma have bypass w/ Q...For she has 40 seven toddlers together with her mom's 2nd cousin from her father's left area all of which take place to be 2/3 caribou, her daughter's infant daddy is extremely her a million/2 brother's daughters...and he or she's been caught shoplifting from sixty seven WalMarts in random aspects of Alaska for not basically stealing diapers yet blistex, rubber gloves, ducktape, tube socks, frozen turkey pot pies, milk and batteries... *cries for stolen frozen turkey pot pies*

I DIDN'T FIND OUT UNTIL I WAS 17 THAT I WASN'T AN ONLY CHILD
MY DAD HAD A SECRET LOVE CHILD OVERSEAS IN THE PHILIPPINES WHEN HE WAS STATIONED THERE.
HE IS IN HIS LATE 20'S AND HAS CHILDREN OF HIS OWN!
MY DAD STILL WILL DENY HE HAS ANY GRANDCHILDREN.

BUT HEY WE HAVE TO GO ON LIVING OUR LIVES AND NOT LET OTHERS RUIN OUT POTENTIAL IN LIFE
WE CAN MAKE OUR LIVES OUT TO BE ANYTHING WE WANT IT TO BE.
