Somebody has stolen my email password and get access to my email account at islammn@yahoo.com. The person has changed my password and now I cannot login into my account. The person is now sending unscrupulous messages to my contacts all over the world. I have sent report to Yahoo but not yet received any feedback from them. I can be contacted at nasimevu@yahoo.com (handphone : 006013-9204060) . How can I block my islammn@yahoo.com account till investigation completed. Tell me URGENTLY what should I do now?

Every time I epmty the virus valut and scan the system, the same 35 trojan horse, comes again and stay in the valut, I need to get rid of them, please help

When ever I go to log into my email... on my address bar this keeps coming up and my email page is blank. And the only way I can exit the page is to go to my task manager and take it off. I recently had my email hacked into. Does this mean anything to anyone? Does this mean my mail could possibly be redirected to someone elses sight? It is my ex boyfriend and his new still married girlfriend who had gotten into my email. Please help. And is there a way I can prove she has been on my site, because she used a email message that I had sent to my now ex and she rewrote some of my emails and I have them but since it originated from my ips i don't know how to prove she had done this. This particular email was not sent to them but she and he pretended to be me and changed my password and opened my mail up. I know this for sure but like I said she used emails that I had already sent and she just reopened them and resent them to people I knew. She did it as attactments off of her computer.

I just say two E-mails from PayPal in my inbox. I've never used PayPal. I'm just curious as to whether I should open the E-mail or not. I know I'm not supposed to, but I'm just curious. What's the worst that can happen from opening an E-mail? Can you get viruses, spyware, will they know I opened the e-mail so they will keep on spamming me? What are the possible outcomes of opening and E-mail from someone who is probably a spammer?

I'm being attacked by a group of hackers on the internet! They're relentless! They have all of my personal information such as: Telephone, address, full name, cell number and even the information of my family! I get calls throughout the night and receive Korans, boxes, pizza, takeout food, and magazines by the truckload daily.

I've contacted my local authorities and there's nothing they can do!

ok when i go to my computer and double click on the G drive (the USB thumbdrive i plugged in) it says " G:/ Access is Denied". I have to right click on it and press explore to open.

I suspect it is a virus; everyone in my class has this problem after we plugged our thumbdrives into the school's computers.

A folder named 'RECYCLER' popped up as soon as the thumbdrive was plugged in. And when i plugged in my thumbdrive into my personal computer the antivirus detected virus from that folder and quarantined it.

Now what should i do? even after i have deleted the virus from the quarantine vault my thumbdrive still has the same problem.

anyone can help me?

If I reinstall Windows will it get rid of viruses that are currently on my computer that I can't find?
It's windows 2000 - I have a popup that keeps coming up that seems to be very aggressive. It is from antispystorm saying I have adware on my computer and do I want to do a scan. I've tried 2 antivirus programs and 3 spyware programs to see if I could catch it, but have been unable. Now my computer runs so slow that it takes 30 minutes to pull up any program.
I'm using Defender Pro antispam, firewall and virus protection. I also have McAfee. I used Spybot and AVG to find the spyware/malware-
I got several answers that said I need to reformat my hard drive. How do I do that?

I already reported this scam job that I got to the Internet Crime complaint Center. But now I do not know what to do with all the personal information I sent them!!!

These are the following information
I gave them:

-MY HOME ADDRESS
-MY HOME PHONE NUMBER
-MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
-MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER/ROUTING NUMBER (I know beyond stupid of me but thankfully I put no money in there)
-A COPY OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE.

AND ALL THIS INFORMATION IS IN MY ONLINE ACCOUNT FOR THIS JOB, IN WHICH THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE! I am afraid they will always have my information!!

What should I do? should I change everyhting? including my social security number, home phone number, online account passwords, bank accout number, and new driver's license id number? but what about my home address!!! I am the most afraid about that!
