First, stop signing up for things. Then, it depends on your email server. Most have a way to sgjust the filter. Just remember to check the spam folder occasionally to make sure no real email is getting in there.
There may be a "report" spam" button that also blocks that address. If not, look in the options panel of your email to see how you can keep adding senders to your blocked list.
The more stubborn ones will keep getting through because they keep changing their return address.
Some servers, like Hotmail, will also let you block certain keywords. But Hotmail has a reputation for allowing the most disgusting emailers to have free access to all of their users, so if you hate unwanted emails, don't use Hotmail.

First you mark them as spam. If you are 100% sure that no important e-mails will go on spam then you can click options on the top right part of when you in your inbox page. They you click mail options. There should be an option that you can manually adjust the spam setting. That is called spam. You can adjust it so that you don't even receive spam anymore. You can also adjust your signature when you send e-mails too.

there are two ways
1) most mail service providers have the option of reporting a mail as a spam in the header or footer of the mail. so just click it and you'll not recieve any mails from that ID. but you'll have to do the same thing for every new ID.
2)Filters are also provided by mail service providers to organize your mail. so create a filter which filters out the mails containing words like "money", etc and set the destination folder as the one which in which you want them to go like "trash, bulk",etc. or the one which you want them to get collected(You'll have to create it).
and relax....
