I'm being attacked by a group of hackers on the internet! They're relentless! They have all of my personal information such as: Telephone, address, full name, cell number and even the information of my family! I get calls throughout the night and receive Korans, boxes, pizza, takeout food, and magazines by the truckload daily.
I've contacted my local authorities and there's nothing they can do!
I've found this video on them on YouTube: http://youtube.com/watch?v=LKho8RM-BSY

Guys, I don't have any spyware on my computer. It comes down to the fact that they were able to get my full name and the general area of where I live and go from there. This is really horrible, even my grandparents are getting calls!
I've tried a barrel roll too; the frog told me to.

I am assuming you have already talked to the police. For sure change your number and get an unlsted one, ditto for the cell phone. Would it be practical to move? I know this is a big hassle, but so is being on the receiving end of all the harassment.
antivirus and antispyware software is a must. If you don't have both. let us know.

File with the State/Provinicial/Federal police if your local cops are too stupid and lazy to get off their fat hind-ends and do the job they're being paid to do.
Contact the telephone company and have your number changed. If you can, have it restricted. This is better than unlisted, because the phone company can not legally provide to ANYONE without a court order, and if someone YOU didn't give it to calls you, you can ask them who gave it to you, and sue the person who gave it to them into the stone age.
Next, contact the delivery stores in your area and remind them that the they are obligated to call-back to confirm the order prior to delivery to ensure that the delivery is valid. Further, ask them to post beside the phone a note to remind everyone that you will come out to pick-up food if you wish to order from them.
Are the magazine orders appearing on your credit card? Or are they a "free trial subscription"? If the latter, write cancel on the bill. If the former, you've already been the victim of ID theft by some coward. Lodge a complaint with the local Law Enforcement Review Board, then go to the non-local cops.
For any other deliveries you receive, don't sign for them. If they are unsolicited (and arrive in the mail), they are, by law, now your property, free of charge. Simply refuse to accept delivery and they will have to take the package back. However, ask the driver what the contact info is on the sender. If they are local, go down in person and expain the situation. If they are not, a phone call or snail-mail letter should be sent (make a form letter, and print them as necessary).
As for your local authorites, next time you complain to them, ask them flat-out why they don't like investigating fraud cases? after all, EVERY single one of these pranks is costing some poor victimised company in lost money and product, and you loss of time. See if you can contact the companies that they have called to screw you over and see if they are interested in helping you pressure the local law.
In any case, you might want to see if you can talk to the local media about publicising the story, without using your name, preferably, but if they can prove to you that they have to...after all it's YOUR neck on the line, not theirs!

Man, this is the first I've heard of this epidemic.
1). Change your phone numbers (cell also)
2). Delete or resign from any of your blog accounts such as myspace
3). Contact the FBI instead of the local police and get a report from them in case there is any identity theft down the road.
I feel so bad that this is happening to you! It is certainly domestic terrorism like the video said. Good luck and my best to you.

no sense in putting up security in your pc or home if they already got every bit of info about you.
nonetheless, here are a few suggestions:
1. move to another town and live a new life.
2. get a good lawyer's advice. file a lawsuit.
3. fight them back. seek a whitehat to help you.
4. why are you being attacked in the first place? if you
resolve this, then the attacks might just stop.
goodluck.

when your computer is starting up screen press F10 over and over. when it brings you to a screen, do a "system recovery" that will get rid of all the tracking files they havoe on you. you may need to find your disk that came with your computer to make it run. if you cant find it, no big deal, go buy one for 5 bucks.

I dunno, man. This is pretty difficult to solve. Have you done a barrel roll yet? All you have to do is tap Z or R twice. If that doesn't work, becoming an hero sometimes fixes that.
This is a secret not many people know... Buy a dog. That is anonymous' only weakness.
