1. Listen to what I am saying instead of asking prescripted questions. Did it occur to you that not every person calling is a total moron and they did check the things that you're scripted to ask before they ever even called. When explaining what I've already checked, it's pretty irritating to hear a response of "Did you check (whatever I just got done saying I checked)" 2. I agree. 3. However, it is also less than helpful to call and say "I'm getting an error" so at least have it written down so you CAN give the exact error when/if asked. 4. Heaven forbid anyone would try to be personable or polite. 5. "Screwed up" is not helpful. Where the specific problem lies would be. 6. I agree. 7. General rule of thumb is call whoever made it - hardware OR software wise. I do have to disagree when you say you don't use the internet to fax - there are several internet and email based fax programs. 8. Well, in fact, there are plenty of times the connection issues are not "just me". 9. Make sure that the feedback areas are easy to navigate so nobody HAS to call to give that type of suggestion. 10. Actually, you get paid to help people set things up so quit complaining. If they need help, that is what you're supposed to be there for. 11. I agree 12. I agree 13. Yes 14. Do not assume that I don't know computers, possibly better than you, and talk to me as such 13. Being rude and not listening makes me want to come down to the call center you're sitting in thinking you're smarter than me to knock you off your chair.

It depends which browser you're using. in FireFox you have to set the private data settings to clear forms and automatically clear data when you close the browser. In IE you have to got to tools\internet options\content\auto complete and set the defaults as you need them. You can also go to tools\advanced then scroll down and make sure the "use inline autocomplete" is unchecked. You didn't provide more details of your exact problem but this should address it if it's just a matter of info being automatically filled out for you.
