and its the only account you have on the computer ?

When you start the computer you get at the welcome screen asking for the password. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice and type Adminisrator in the Username box, leave the password box blank. Access user accounts and change the password.

Re-install Windows XP ..
Of course you can't do this if you have lost the original CD / Certificate of Conformity & don't have a copy of the XP Serial Number written down anywhere ..
In which case you will need the services of some-one who has access to a 'Live boot' CD containing a password cracker == try you local PC shop.

You can't.

You will have to log-in as the administrator and delete the old account.

Besides, even if I knoew how to, providing you that answer would see me tossed in jail. :(
