Or is it like a corrupt java script or something similar? I don't know what I said to this guy to tick him off, but before I knew it there were hundreds of IM windows popping up on my screen. He's got nothing better to do I guess than to fry people's computers. Does standard virus protection protect against something like this? Is there such a thing as some kind of program that would send the same thing back to the person who is sending it? I want VENGANCE!!! It makes me so angry to think of this guy (imagine the guy who kept killing everyone in the World of Warcraft Southpark episode) did this to ME!! For what?!? I didn't do anything to him! Can I hire a hacker to find him and fry his computer? Is there such a service?

Can you help. I was trying to download lunia and then a popup came of about drive cleaner. I pressed x to leave. then my norton internet security told me about a risk drivecleaner. Then it ran a scan. And it said found software. I clicked removed and it said it was removed. I heard that drivecleaner disguises does this mean i downloaded drivecleaner instead of removing it. Please help I am only a 10 year old boy that doesn't know whats going on.

If I have AVG Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware 2007, and Windows Defender, does that make my computer pretty much secure? I had CA Security but it was just too much hassle to use. I don't really want to buy anything.

I was chatting in a Yahoo chatroom, and all of a sudden hundreds of IM windows started popping up. I had to manually shut down the computer. In retrospect I should have left well enough alone, but like an idiot I went back to the chat room to yell at the jerk who did it, and of course, not to be disrespected in his virtual chat-kingdom, he sent another thousand or so IM windows my way. Now when I try to start my computer, I get a blue screen error message: "unmountable_boot_volume" and somrthing that says "Technical info ***stop:0x000000ED(0X83B00C08, 0XC0000032, 0X00000000, 0X00000000) . . . I've tried going to the set up by hitting F12 while it's starting up, and starting in safe mode, but I get the same error. What do I do?!?

i have a trojanclicker called aknaakn.dll in my windows system 32
folder i have kaspersky internet security 6 and v7 and avg 7.5 and norton antivirus and i cant delete it and when i try to manually delete it windows say [access is denied ] so pls help me give me a name of software of a manual professional way to delete it !! thx

OKay i've done some perverted crap on the internet in the past...and just now i got this weird popup on my internet page and a popup....the regular popup said something like you have visited adult websites and your information can be "out there" you know? and the one on my internet page showed what websites i've been to! but the websites i've been to was like over a year ago...and help mee! should i just get a new laptop?? or wipeout all the information on my computer?

My son got a hold of a pc from school which was going to be thrown out. He couldn't log onto it as it was asking for admin password. I downloaded windows xp which works great, but my son reckons it uses alot of space as Windows 2000 is still installed. Is there a way i can get rid of 2000. Can anyone advise please.
