Security - May 2007

When I enter a search criterion into Internet Explorer and it returns the list of sites containing that information, many, many times when I click on a specific site listing, some other Internet site intervenes and "hijacks" my search. I have to return to the original search results page a few times and re-click the site I want before it goes to that site without further interference. This has only been happening for a couple of weeks. Also, when I add these "hikacker" sites to my list of restricted sites, they stil manage to get through most of the time. What can I do to solve this problem. Qualified answers only, please.

actually i am getting all sorts of messages from differrent sites tht my computer is infected and also that my personal information is exposed.what should i do??????????please tell me if i should download an antivirus then from where and how?

I knew goggle.com in a Advertisement when i'm playing shockwave games.I downloaded McAfee SiteAdvisor just to be safe.But i was thinking why did they make a virus site?I visited goggle.com once, and I saw SiteAdvisor said that it is a real virus site.I warned my family to not visit goggle.com beacuse it can be harmful to your computer.I guess they just have Misspelled google.com.

What spycam do they use in the movies that they only do is to stick it on walls? Where can I find something like that? I need a cam in a size of a penny. A very small cam, for it to be undetectable.

I've been asked to help a friend in fixing her computer - of course, she refuses to let me on until I present her some sort of solution. I'm hoping you guys can help.
The problem has to deal with the keyboard. She believes it is a keyboard virus. The keyboard randomly skips words, puts in the wrong letters(not misspelling) and will flash back to the beginning of the line, deleting everything. If this is a virus/malware does it require a specialized removal technique? Or will my normal battery of programs work?
Could this possibly be a driver malfunction instead? If it is, can I fix it without a Windows XP disk? and I also heard this could be part of a BIOS update problem.
Any news would be great, thanks for any help.

The first icon is a yellow shield with a black exclaimation mark inside. The message that pops from this is "Warning! W32.Myzor.FK@yf" it says it affects .exe files. The other is displayed inthe taskbar as a blue circle with a white question mark inside and pops up a webpage (which has also automatically set itself as my homepage and I can not over ride this) for spylocked.com How do i delete these permantly from my pc? hello, i'm bob i have many virus and i tried many ways to get rid, even trying to install spywares to protect my pc.

but once i tried to install it, it was unsuccessful, also tried using the 'window xp cd' to reset the whole of the pc complete, but still... it was unsuccessful.
i believe theres a reset button which can reset the whole of the pc. but i don't don't where it is, i'll be appreciated if any could help me :) ,even if you don't know where the reset button at least can you tell me a way to get rid of this virus?

when i open up my browser a security page appears instead of my home page. is there some sort of way i can wipe my hard drive clean and install my programs? tried system restore but that didn't do it either.i keep getting the system alert bubble that of course wants me to buy some program that doesnt work will i have to scrap my entire drive?
