is www.tv-links.co.uk a safe site? i figure it is illegal, but can you get caught?

My "SmartWhois", shows the company has refused to be listed or show domian or host name. I would say that this info., is enough to tell you that the website is criminal in nature. If the were legal, "SmartWhois", would show they hide behind a proxy, or list their IP address.
If I was you I would not open nothing on the webpage you refer to. (You may find yourself infected with a trojan).

Here are some responses to how safe the website may or may not be. Sorry i dont test anything that "Could be" illegal. But i had something do it for me.
Yeah you can get caught for doing anything illegal.
