Try and see if you have Internet Explorer 7 (if you use windows) and use the phishing tool.

Never respond to an email that just appeared offering something you never requested. "YOU WON THE LONDON LOTTERY" OR YOU WON ANY OTHER LOTTERY" This is a scam.

Never use your personal information without insuring who you are dealing with. No matter what, never send your private info or credit card numbers in emails.

If you sell something and they send more money than what was requested, be suspicious.

Always check and see if "https" or an icon with a "lock" is on your monitor when doing credit card purchases.

If you receive an email stating there were problems with your bank account, NEVER click on that email to see if it was true. OPEN a new browser to your Internet Banking facility or better call your bank and tell them about the email.

Use an Internet Security and Anti-Virus software. Try the "Windows Defender that's free.

Download the free anti spy and adaware in this site. The free stuff is in the middle of the page:

Always make sure your computer is up to date with the latest security updates from your operating system's manufacturer.

Finally, "ALWAYS BE SUSPICIOUS OF ANYONE/UNKOWN REQUESTS ON THE INTERNET". as a backup if you don't know them for money and personal information.
