Not for gaming, but for applications. I want all my applications (non-game) and windows to run super-fast.

Is there a difference between RAM for gamers/PC enthusiasts, and RAM for regular applications?

Someone told me that with the newer Dell Computer keyboards you can clean them in your dishwasher as long as you let them dry out completely before using them again. If this isn't true then how would I clean sticky juice off of my keyboard? It's inside the keyboard making some of the keys stick.

Hi... Just curious asking. My sister's pc did not provide sound at all. and there was no sound card or driver found when I tried to detect it. I saw from her cpu that there is this sound card inside. Maybe its faulty I guess. Would like to asked if there's no sound coming out from the system, is it a possible that the sound card is spoilt? Is a creative live sound card 5.1 a 'sound card'? How do I go by installing the sound card?

Now it seems my D drive that I had as my hard drive is gone, and now the C drive is the hard drive (or the one holding everything), and I can't install any programs because it keeps saying there is very low space.

Does anyone know how I can correct this?

I have a pretty large hard drive for my laptop but despite that there is about 13% remaining and I want to move some of the programs I dont use very often to an external hard drive that has virtually nothing in it.

Would you know a good program that could do that for me safely?

I don't want to add the hard drive to the new pc. I just want to get a number of files off the old hard drive and transfer them to the new pc. I heard there was a tool that you could connect to your hard drive and then USB into the new pc for file transfer. Thanks for the help.

I am about to buy a new computer, and I have been considering getting an iMac. However, in this Windows dominated world, is that a good idea?

I do a lot of graphic designing in my free time, but... does that alone make a Mac worth it?
