Right click my computer -> properties -> advanced tab -> devices -> it show list of devices your computer have..

try this also
ms word -> help -> about system

press the windows Key +pause button one system properties box will appear in that setting go to hardware in the device manager you can see sound card &vga installed or not

Hey Rishi,

Goto start->Run

In the prompt type in: dxdiag

This is a very good commannd which will show most of the details on your PC.
