How do I switch my CD-Rom to my primary drive?

I would like to know how to switch my CD-Rom drive from the secondary to the primary please.

2 ways to do that.
One way is to open the computer box and behind the cd rom there are pins with small letters on them: master/slave/cable select (CS).
See if there is more then one drive on the same cable then set one to master and the other to slave (hard drive should have the same thing in the back.
The best way is to go into your BIOS system and change the boot system load list. To do that you need to click on F1 or ESC or one of the options when you just turn on your computer.
