I am looking for graphics card for my dell dimension 8400. I am looking for something just about under 250$ Also its PCI
Im lookin for something good that could handle stuff like xbox 360 quality games.

I looked up the model of computer you have and it supports PCI Express. I looked up the price of a Geforce 8800 on newegg.com and you can get one for 279.99, i realize this is slightly over budget but it is well worth the money. If you plan on running Windows Vista or New Games, this video card is pratically essential to have. It supports DirectX10 (only card that does currently as far as i know), and it has 320MB of RAM. If you do chose this option I'd like to know how it works, because according to the reviews it is well worth its money. For the link for the video card go to the 2nd link in my sources.

Hi. That is a PCI express graphics card you need, different from PCI. ATI Radeon X800XT with 256MB is one from their website.

pci isn't going to work, buy a new motherboard with a pci express and a nvidia 7600gt or better and you can get it under 250$ newegg is a great place to look, click the link

geforce 8800 gts are way over $250
try a geforce 7 series
