I have a 160 GB hard disk but it tells me my partition is only 130 GB so I guess there is more free space where I can create another partition, but I think the windows' cd wont let me create it the same way I created the first one, it just loads windows if I try to load from the windows' cd, so how can I create a NTFS partition in a disk where I already have windows xp?

Alright hey everyone im about to build my first actual comp!!!!

Ive rebuilt them before but i have never full out bought all the parts and assembled it!!!

Heres my plan!

Either:
Pentium 3 3.06GHZ or Pentium Cor 2 Duo 2.0GHZ
2GB DDR400 (PC3200) Memory
450 W PS
350GB 16MB Cahce HD
256MB Nvidia Video Card.

However heres my delema the motherboard i want to put in i can find a case for . the Audio ports on the back of the board are Horizontial instead of Vertical.

Any suggestions?

i plan on upgrading on a new case/frame. i use my computer for EVERYTHING, gaming, modeling, homework, simulation, movies, everything. i have lots of spare hardware i would like to see added, got any ideas on a sweet case to throw it all in? i got an ATX board, with 2 DVD-RW drives, a memory card reader that takes up a floppy bay, and i would like to add my 5 inch and 3 inch floppy drives added, just for a retro feel to the system, no PSU and the biggest you can find, but no server stuff

I have a computer tower that will hold up to 4 disk drives and 2 hardrives but I dont have a motherbord that has the ports for the 4 disk drives. is there a way to hook the disk drives up with out loseing my 2 hardrives I was told that they dont make ribin cabels for 4 disk drives

does any one want an HP pavilion 7840.i have upgraded the cpu from 800mhz to 950mhz and replace the HDD with a segate 40gb drive.the cd-r-rw is 24x12x48.the DVD is 48x12.it has 256mb of pc133 ram.the OS is windows ME with the restore disk that came with the pc. it is this case http://www.directron.com/cs885sl.html with 2 ccf blue sound reactive lights if any one is intersted e-mail me.if i left any thing out or want more info interested or any thing else e-mail me.

There are no visable screws to undo, it looks like the case slides out? but its not budging lol, the model is Compaq Presario 4026. i think its a p3, so it looks a lil old, or does anyone know how to take the cases off Compaq Presario's that are about that old?

any help would be great thanks.
