What are the minimum processes(exe files) that need to run on your Pc for working on net?

it's all depend on you computer configuration, your connection.
if you have a fast cpu or even dual core with lots of RAM, you can be multi tasking

In order to run internet you need to have at least 12 processes. The processes include svchost and some basic processor like explorer.exe and I am assuming that none of the dll's are called through your browser.(yahoo toolbar) or anything else is not running.
