Tomshardware doesn't have a benchmark for the 128mb version of the main card they offer in most models. I forget what the upgraded one is.. and also, can you upgrade the card yourself in an iMac or is that impossible?

my computer was originally dell dimension 3000, then I changed few parts inside like HDD, MOBO, bought another sticks of RAM and here is a question. can I use 2 sticks (2X256) and other(2X512) all together?? I mean that I'd like to get 1,5 GB of ram. actually I did that - I installed 512MB in slots 1 and 3 and 256 in slots 2 and 4. BIOS sees that as 1.5GB and Windows also as 1.5GB. so everything looks fine but I wonder if this is CORRECT combination?? Or there may be some conflicts? (all four sticks of ram are 400MHz)
