Start -> Control Panel -> System -> General Tab
At the bottom of the window you can see the available RAM
(Total RAM - Vedio RAM used)

To open Windows Task Manager, right-click an empty space on the taskbar, and then click Task Manager. On Tak Manager window, click Performance tab you can see the information here.

go to control panel, system information and click should show you processor speed , ram and all. may want to download sisoft sandra--will show you all hardware and software to include key codes and will also make suggestions on improving performance best of all its free

Right click on "My computer And on a GENERAL tab it will tell you how much RAM you have
