depends on the cookies, if they're oreos, just eat em, but if they're chips ahoy, throw them away.

Windows Explorer>Cookies>Edit>Select All>Delete

if you are using internet explorer. Go to Tools in internet explorer, then internet options and you will see a button that says "delete cookies". press that and you're done. I recommend another way too. go to download.com and download a program called Ccleaner. It will clean out a lot of old unwanted outdated junk on your computer and it may even help your performance slightly. it helps keep your computer from getting cluttered. it attaches to the recycle bin if you want and you can right click on the recycle bin and select Run CCleaner.
