my note book will not charge.There was recently a bad storm and a power surge,but the powerpacks green light still comes on and says its getting power and i chacked and it was definately getting power to the computer (foil and gloves :P) when i plug the charger in my batt. charging light just flashes real fast and i have no idea what to do...anyone know??

I have an NEC dvd dual layer burner and I use Nero to burn and copy dvds. Mainly my issue is when i copy dvds. When it is creating an image it freezes my computer at 45-50% and if there is any video or audio playing it all of a sudden gets really glitchy for about 20 seconds. When I go to check out my event viewer im told my JRAID device is messed up. here is the message

I jsut reformated my comp 100% there is nothing on my HD
i noticed that the comp was running slow and hit crtl alt del and noticed that the cpu usage was at 100% i didnt understand considering i didnt even download anything.

I have tried to install a Epson Stylus Color 400 printer to my new pc. It prints out in colour ok but will not print in black. I have installed new cartridges twice! but still get the same problem. This printer worked fine on my old pc. I am using Windows XP and my printer driver was not designed for XP.
Epson gave me instructions on how to install and I followed these instructions. How do I uninstall this printer as when I look in Install/Uninstall I can find no reference to this printer. I am going to throw the thing away and buy a new printer but I dont want any reference to this piece of junk left on my pc

I bought a geforce 6600gt awhile back to upgrade my 9600 and i got it and installed it, but when i tested it on various games such as far cry it ran slower than my 9600. I deleted all of the radeon drivers and installed the geforce drivers but it still ran slower. I ended up just sending it back and getting my money back because i could not figure out why it would do this. Does anyone have any idea why it would do this?
