Either your video cable is disconnected maybe damaged or your video adapter (card) in your PC is damaged.
Try looking at the cable first because sometimes the pins can get loose.
If it is not the cable then your video adapter is probably damaged.

It might be that the computer's video card has failed, the plug is loose, or the resolution is set too high.
First, make sure the plug is firmly fastened to the card.
Next, restart the computer and hit the F8 function key just before the animated Windows XP logo appears (assuming this is your operating system); then, at the menu that should appear, choose Safe Mode and hit the Enter key.
Assuming the computer goes into Windows, right-click on the desktop area, click Properties, then open your Settings tab in the display properties and select a lower video resolution. Click OK and then restart and see if it'll work normally again.
If these don't work, you may need to investigate obtaining a replacement video adapter for the computer.

My monitor says No Signal each morning and then I move the mouse and it comes back up on line.
Check all the wires and make sure its all plugged in at the tower.. and in the wall sometimes its just as simple as something unplugged.

this can be a video card issue. If possible try swapping out the monitor onto a pc setup that you know is working 100%. Switch monitors and report the results.
It can also be a loose connection again to the video card. check your connections before trying the monitor swap.

The moniter is not hooked up correctly. Check the cables to see if it is. Otherwise, there is probably something wrong with the cable, try to replace it.
