I jsut reformated my comp 100% there is nothing on my HD
i noticed that the comp was running slow and hit crtl alt del and noticed that the cpu usage was at 100% i didnt understand considering i didnt even download anything.

does anyone know how to fix this any help would be usefull

My cpu is a amd athalon 64 3000 and i have neve rhad any problems also i have 1gig of ram, this is not a slow computer.

Run an error check: Open My Computer,
Right-cl on C:, Select Properties, Tools – Run an Error Check ( checkmark “check all and fix); then run a Defrag.

Sounds like you got a bad installation & or driver conflict that are causing that...same thing happened to me...
How did I fix it? Reformated again in NTFS (Full not quick) then installed Windows...ran perfectly after that...

may need some memory. need more info on your cpu. processor, memory, os, etc.
