It's basically a collection of stories and photos from her friends - many of the websites I've been on are for self publishing, and I only need one copy! Thanks in advance...

Snapfish does a whiz-bang job on photo books. You could probably insert screen captures of the text you like as pictures. They do have options to add text though so that would probably not be necessary. There are plenty of choices for covers, binding, and page layouts so it is VERY customizable and quite affordable on top of that. I think it was like $20 for a 20 page book (10 sheets, 2 sides), with $2 per extra page (1 sheet, 2 sides). There may even be deals for new customers. You have to sign up but it's quick and easy. My wife makes photo books for everything now. She loves it!
