I have a Linksys router that I have been using for a few years. I use cable for my internet that is always on. When I set up my Linksys, I didn't need to put in any user names / passwords etc...just plug it in. Is there a way to just plug in this Airport extreme and have it work without configuring everything?

Since about a week ago, my laptop has stopped connecting to my home network, as has my brother's. The network has suddenly started asking for a network key, which it didn't before, making me think that someone else has jumped on our network and set up a password.
I tried reinstalling the router, but I couldn't find an uninstall programme. Tried copying the IP addresses etc between computers, but although it now connects to the home network, internet still doesn't work.
I am at a loss!!!

I have a cable modem connected to a Netgear wireless router. Sometimes I have issues when trying to use the wireless network at home that the modem needs to be rebooted because it just stops working. This happens pretty often - maybe 3-4 times a week!

Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any settings I need to make on the router for even the modem that can fix this?
