i have a regular router and a wireless one. i need the regular one to connect to the wireless one without using cables to create an access point.

"Without" using wires? The only way to connect the wired router to the other is through a network cable.

The wireless router is already an access point. So, just plug the wireless one into the other one and configure the wireless router so that it gets it's info from the network. Make sure it's DHCP doesn't overlap the dhcp from the other router.

Unless your regular router is capable of receiving radio waves i.e Wireless, you still have to connect them together with wires
