I am going to be upgrading my G broadband router and getting a N router. My idea is this: Connect the N to the main broadband line that is comming into the house and still have the G router on the other end of the house to use as a connection for a seperate network without the broadband internet connection. Is something like this possable? I have little experience with wireless networking and I am not sure if this can be done. Any thoughts would be nice. Thanks!

Have a small wireless network at home - one PC has printer attached - when I log on with my laptop and try to add printer, I can see the other PC but not its attached printer.
The printer properties say share this printer.
Any ideas? Thanks.

the two computers will be 10meters apart in different rooms, out of the line of sight from each other...
the internet connection is cable and it is fed to the main computer and it is ended with an external modem...
question...
if one computer is slower than the other, will this slow down the other connection (access speed on one computer is slower because the computer's hard drives are full)

thank you

Michael

I get mail every day so please do not tell me that I do not have any. I have contacted Yahoo three times asking why my personal e-mail is not coming in. There has been no response. Mail is not coming in that I need. Do you think that they want me to find another carrier? Can you please tell me how to get Yahoo to get my mail to me?

I've seen amounts such as 11Mbps, 54 Mbps, etc. I'm assuming it's a transfer rate, so how fast is each one? What's the lastest and best rate? and please tell me its almost as fast as some wired connections?!?

Due to distance limitations from local CO, many people can only
receive lower speed DSL. If remote terminals were installed, then
the distance problem would be solved and higher spped DSL
could be achieved. With the usage of remote terminals, then more people could then receive faster DSL as well as ATT Homezone. The distance barrier is the barrier to overcome.
