I get mail every day so please do not tell me that I do not have any. I have contacted Yahoo three times asking why my personal e-mail is not coming in. There has been no response. Mail is not coming in that I need. Do you think that they want me to find another carrier? Can you please tell me how to get Yahoo to get my mail to me?

Maybe you can try signing up for another yahoo ID then inform all those friends or relatives who write you to use the new email address. Just to see if it's the ID that has a problem. Other than that, I don't see any reason why you can't receive mail except that no one sent you any. But as you've said, you're sure that these people have been sending you mails. If the same happens, then try to switch to another provider.

It's probably getting caught by the spam filter. Check your bulk mail folder and your spam settings.

Yahoo probably doesn't care if you get another mail carrier especially if you use the free version. If you can't get it straightened out, your best bet is to go to a provider where you pay for the service. At that point, there is accountability, and things tend to get more attention.
