the best way is contacting to mail server support team
and ask them via email for mail server adresses
but most of the mail servers have a same incoming and outgoing sarver name
u can test
mail.yourdomain.com
for both
incoming and outgoing

i think it will work for u

Setting up your email client:

Incoming email: POP3 [Post Office Protocol Version 3]

Example; For SBC customers the pop3 or incoming mail settings would look like this - "pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com" (without the quotes)

Outgoing email: SMTP [Simple Mail Transport Protocol]

Example; For SBC customers the SMTP or outgoing mail settings would look like this - "smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com" (without the quotes)

Other providers may use pop3 for incoming and outgoing email settings. Contact your service provider or visit your provider's "Email Help" section to obtain the proper settings.
