Have a 94 Ninja EX250 that turns over on the starter, but there is no spark at the plugs, have already tested the coils, plugs, and wires, Does anyone know how to test the cdi box short of buying a new one and comparing results? Also is there another component that could be causing lack of spark to the plugs?

It runs fine but when it gets to between 40 and 50 mph, the engine sems to boug down. It wont stall but if you let off the gas and apply it slowley you can keep it at about 35 mph.
it is a straight 6 with a carb.

Nothing I've tried has helped.The only codes that come up are P0302 &
P0301. It seems that I've replaced or cleaned everything but the ECM.

Hello, I have an 89 honda hurricane as a beginner's bike to practice on. My friend and I are stump about a problem with the gas. When we turn on the starter the bike can go idle by itself, but would not last long. The choke helps run it for a little while and then would die. I hope this can explain the problem. Also the bike has not been riden for awhile (6 months). If there is anythign anyone can say to help us out would be much appreciated. Thanks.

This one dude is selling a 300zx (with a little problem). He went and got an oil change. however, unfortunately, I guess the oil pan wasn't tied hard enough or something like that after the oil change. Now, on his way home from the oil change shop, he began to hear a knocking sound from the pistons. the faster he goes the worse the sound gets.
Is the whole engine needs to be replaced?
If so, how much would a good used 90' 300zx engine cost?
Is it possible to replace the non-turbo engine with a twin turbo?
How much the installation will cost?

i own a 1993 pontiac trans am and lately it started to overheat. I replace the water pump and also clean the radiator. A mechanic came by and told me that it could be the radiator cap. I bought a new radiator cap and ran the car for like about a week. then again it started to overheat, but now it only overheats when i push hard on the accelerator. When that happen my dad purged it and told me that a lot of air had gone in. what can the problem be??? oh by the way i check the oil and their is no water in it also no oil in the radiator so i am guessing its not the head gaskets.

My car is a manual and for some reason if I leave my car in first gear without pushing the clutch in, it will idle at around 2-4 mph as if it were an automatic. The only way I can make it stall is if I push the brake ALL of the way down. Wtf is wrong? I dont have clutch slippage either.

I have a 2003 Dodge Durango and don't get the greatest MPG. And with gas prices in Michigan climbing at a steady rate, I am looking for some answers. I have already done the typical ones, i.e checked tire pressure, replaced air and fuel filters, improved driving habits, etc etc. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas to what else I could do. Also has anyone used the "Tornado"? Does it work?

I had some papers that I had printed in my SUV (Ford Explorer) in which I have leather seats. The papers were printed from an LaserJet printer and were face down. Anyway, they were probably in there for a week or two and when I went to take them out the ink had come off of the paper and onto the seat. What can I do to get the ink off? I have tried leather cleaner and an all-purpose cleaner which has lightened it but not totally remove it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

i went out to start my car..the car started fine.. i put it in reverse and and it reverses fine.. but when i put it in drive it does nothing ...all i can do is rev the engine..it will not go anywhere...put it back in reverse its fine..try drive nothing but revving...does anyone know what the problem could be?? thanks

Does anyone know which fuse controls the cigarette lighter on a Vectra V6 1999 model (saloon). Mine won't work and I wanted to blow a tyre up with my electric pump but it wouldn't work (it was fine using the socket in a friend's car). I've been right through the fuse box and can't see one that is blown. The cover has indicators as to what fuse controls whihc, but I can't see one with a lighter ideogram.

It starts (when it acts like this), but it won't keep going, it just keeps stalling. It acts almost like it is out of gas, but it is not. If you leave it for an hour or so, it usually will start. It did this about 6 months ago and I had to tow it to my mechanics, he looked at it and said that the gas filter was clogged up and replaced it. But it is doing it again. Could it be the same problem? And if it is, why would it be clogged up again so soon? What should I do? I need my van to transport a very young child and I also need a dependable vehicle and I don't want to spend a fortune on trying this and that. I don't mind spending money on it if I know what is being done to it is the proper thing and if it is fixed. Just need some advice.

The AC is cold and it is only blowing out of the floor and dash(top) front vents. It's still cold it just seems to be blocked somehow. I have been told about the vaccum lines or something. Is this something that I may be able to fix for cheap or do I need to take it to a shop. Thanks

Yesterday, my car battery died in a parking lot. Eventually, I was able to borrow a jump box and at least get my car home. Today, I went outside to start it and its dead again!

When I turn the ignition, there is a slight clicking noise- so I know its doing something? Was the jump box not good enough and do I need someone to give me a jump? Is there anything else it could be?? My car has been running fine, otherwise(though it is due for an oil change in about another 500 miles, as well as its 60,000 mile tune up)

If it helps, my car is a 2001 Ford Mustang.

Please Help!
