Scrape it off with a razor blade or use a fine steel wool to scrub it off

Put a wet towel over the dried soap. And continue to keep the towel wet (to soak the dried soap). Don't scrub because that'll scratch the paint. Take your time.

It took hours for the soap to dry, you'll at least need a whole afternoon (or better yet overnight).
