Have a 94 Ninja EX250 that turns over on the starter, but there is no spark at the plugs, have already tested the coils, plugs, and wires, Does anyone know how to test the cdi box short of buying a new one and comparing results? Also is there another component that could be causing lack of spark to the plugs?

go to the FAQ articles on N250RC. those guys are a life saver, and will even tell you most of the problems your bike will have, about when it will happen, and how to prevent it.

as for the plugs... are they Champion plugs? Champion plugs, although they fit will not work right in the Kawi EX250.

and read the FAQ before you post to the forum, those guys will flame you if you don't read the FAQ first(too many people have bypassed the FAQ to get a quick concise answer, so they start flaming them on the board) and I know your problem is on the FAQ board, but the solution is too long to re-type here.

if you are going to work on your own bike, do the research so you don't make the same mistakes again, or don't know how to work on your bike when you need it, and don't have the resources on hand.

Happy hunting, and I hope this helps.
