My sister and her husband moved from one state to another and haven't paid their car payment in two months and still haven't notified the car lot. They just don't have the money to pay it. Whats the worst that can happen?

I've always had 21st Century car insurance but rates tripled from the last time. 21st Century has always given me excellent service in a timely manner whenever I got into an accident. They had good customer service, sent me a check in a timely manner and I was able to talk to a live person if I had any questions. Which car insurance gives the best service with the lowest rates?

I was hit by a uninsured motorist plus he was drunk (.298) and he also ran from the police witch they got him 1 mile away. I was rear end by him at the speed around 55 plus mph. I was stopped for a train.I had whiplash, allot of bruises, cuts ,and totalled my car. I have uninsured motorist but my lawyer wants to go after my insurance company ! I have 100,000 on uninsured motorist and im sure he wants the hole thing . But im affraid i will get dropped. But the thing that gets me mad is that this guy almost killed me and i have 2 kids that are under 3 . And my wife would have to sell the house if i was to die. So due i let my lawyer go after my insurance company ? I lost about 4 weeks of work , 8k in hospital bills and no car.

I am 78 years old and obviously don't drive the car. My daughters insurance expired the day before the incident occured. She did not go to jail. She knows she will be responsible for the ticket, court costsall of this type. I want to know as far as the other party involved they can sue us like you would sue the insurance company right? Who's going to be sued? only having the vehicle registered in my name what will this mean for me?

I'll be moving to Oakland California from Phoenix Arizona and I was wondering if there is such a thing as temporary auto insurance. My vehicle is not currently insured, but I can get a temporary registration from AZ DMV. That would allow me to drive my car for my move. I will be pulling a small utility trailer. I don't want to get a full 6 month insurance policy because as soon as I get to Oakland, I won't be driving the car at all. Are there any insurance companies that offer a really short policy (2 days, or maybe a week) ? I only need insurance for those two days, and so that I can get temporary registration from the DMV. Does anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so what company?

My vehicle is registered out of the state of Texas - but it is not "technically" my car..it belongs to my dad and I am paying him monthly payments. Do I have to have it registered in the state I live, even though the title is NOT in my name? He is a member of the military, and since I (was) a dependent..I am not sure of the exact rules regarding this. I am over 21, but, I am not sure if this has anything to do with the topic. Should I contact the Plantiff's attorney?
Who should I prove my innocence to?
Should I contact LA County Dispute Resolution Programs Act (DRPA) Contractors that are listed on the back of the Summons?

2 weeks ago I was hit by a drunk driver and my front left side of my car was damaged. My car is a 97 Sebring and just worth 1400. Well My insurance company called me to say that they are gonna give me 2400 to fix my car, not its NOT a total loss....now do I HAVE to fix my car with this money?
