I've got a 1988 Gmc Sierra, half ton. And for awhile now, the door hasnt been closing all the way. So i have to slam it (Which isnt good, i know) in order for it to fully close and such. And i cant open it from the outside but i think that the door handle is broke. ;P But i was wondering if there was a way for me to fix the not closing problem?

I have a 1995 Geo Prizm. It is a four door vehicle. Both driver's side doors are stuck shut. The handle, interior and exterior are broken. I need to replace the outer handle and apparently a mechanism on the inside of the door. How can I fix this? Will I be able to get the door panels off if i can't open the doors? How? Is there anywhere that has a diagram of the operating system of the door?

My heater works fine blowing through the front vents of the car. But, when I turn on the defroster or set it on automatic, it still blows out the front vents. When I put it on the floor, it still comes out of the front vents. Anyone know why?

Its a 1986 Nissan 720 2.4 Liter FI 2WD 4 Cylinder. I have changed oil, oil filter, spark plugs and wires and ignition coil. I'm going to change distriubtor cap and rotor, air filter, fuel filter. Is there anything else that you would recommend changing to help this truck get up to its top potential? Oh and I'm going to get the timing set on it also as soon as my buddy can come out and do it. Any help would be much appreaciated!

To give details, i only have 20,000 miles on car within 1 year, but all tires showing heavy wear and I have rotated tires 3x (every time change oil). I have been told many times by my guy that changes my oil & by numerous others to get new tires.
There are Toyos on them right now, but forums I have visited tend to show that this car has this problem with tires. Heavy wear & tear. I have no idea what they mean by ASX or tbm? whatever. Can anyone help just explain what the heck i should be looking for?? Christmas money is going toward new tires because it's raining tons here now. Just need a objective opinion, not a salesperson's. Thanks to any help!!!!

This car is the GS (non-turbo) model with the larger 2.4 L engine and now has 140,000 miles on it . The owners manual says to change the first one around 60k - I did that one on time. But, then I've heard that the parts that are put in at 60k last alot longer than the originals. How long should they last? And, when do I need to change the timing belt & water pump again? Thank you!

It'd cost me anywhere between 5 and 8 grand to put a K20Z3 under my 04 Civic Sedan LX's hood. That's not even including turbo, turbo would run me another 5 grand... so anywhere between 10-13 grand.

Or should I go with a different car? KBB value of my current car is ~10 grand. So would it be better to get a different car for ~20-23 grand?
