The problem is that the drain for your air conditioning evaporator is plugged up with leaves and debris. When that happens the water from the humidity in the air that condenses on the evaporator can't drain out to the ground as it normally would. When the evaporator case fills up the water spills into the right front floor of the car. The evaporator is under the right side of the instrument panel. The water will spill over to the drivers side when you go around turns or it will wick over to that side if the carpet is saturated.

the fix is simply. take it to a mechanic and ask them to blow out the drain hose for the evaporator case using compressed air. If you have to pay them its only for the time to put the car up in the air. If you are due for an oil change then have them do the oil change and they probably won't charge you to clear the drain.

I'm positive that's your problem

hope that helps

Get a speedier vehicle. Your engine can in ordinary terms use plenty gas at one time so putting in a severe output gas pump will do not something for you, that's form of like attempting to fill a water bottle with Niagara Falls. A Honda Civic isn't designed for speed. the two learn how to savour 40 MPG in the sluggish lane or get a speedier motor vehicle. Your vehicle has a nil-60 time of approximately 10 seconds, 102HP and 98LB/TQ. Your not likely everywhere immediately.
