I hear a grinding noise from the back right side of my 2003 Honda Element. I definately has something to do with the rotaion of the wheels; it changes as the speed increases or decreases. Here is what really concerns me: when the brakes are applied, the grinding noise is worse. Obviously, it needs attention but I'm wonder what I am looking at here in terms of repairs.

Does anyone have any diagrams, forum threads, or URLs to directions on how to change my 06 Yamaha R6S battery.

It looks like I might need to remove the fuel tank, because it might not fit. The wiring /fuse box behind the batt and the fuel tank is in front. Can it fit through?

My son inherited a 1987 Suzuki 50 4 wheeler. It is turned down to the lowest speed, but it still runs over 12 miles per hour. He is turning 5 and that is a little too fast. Is there another part I can purchase to slow it down to around 5 to 7 miles per hour? It is equipped with a thumb lever throttle. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Not buying gas for a day is not going to do anything, besides, people have to go to work. Maybe if nobody bought gas for years it would change things, but not buying gas for one day is the dumbest idea ever, agree?

The average American has to drive some and also cannot afford gas! If we do nothing about it will continue. In some countries, they pay less than 50 cents and in countries where some people are willing to throw their money away by driving suv's and gas hogs, they are raping us. What are we to do except unite and boycott?
Not just one day.
Boycott gas-don't drive

I am looking at purchasing a 1996 Buick Century Special/Custom/LTD with just over 104,000 miles. Body is in good shape as well as the interior. Only known problem to me is head gasket is blown. Seller wants $600 obo after putting new tires on just before the gasket blew. What should I consider before purchasing and what do you think a fair price would be?

My car needed new rear tyres but only a very small area on the inner edge was worn and the rest of the tyre had lots of tread left. If the weight is only on such a small area of the tyre, surely this cannot give good road grip. I have always found that the rear end tends to slip easily in the wet etc- even when the tyres were new. The dealers tell me this is normal for the car and nothing to worry about. Has anyone experienced and had this corrected?

There is a short somewhere when i apply the brake and i don't know what it is. I push on the brake and the radio shuts off and the gauges go haywire. All the gauges drop and the speedometer reads a lot faster than what i am actually doing. This morning, i was sitting at a stop light, waiting to go, and it happened again, and the car sounded like it was going to shut off, but didn't stop all the way. About a mile or mile and a half up the road, it did it again and shut off all the way. Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

In my VW beetle I left my college campus to drive home one weekend even though my mother had a premonition I shouldn't do it. I told her not to worry and that everything would be fine. Little did I know! On I-75 below Macon, Georgia, I drove into a bad rainstorm which rapidly became a monster of a storm. I really couldn't even see enough to get off the interstate, and I kept driving and hoping the storm would blow over. It got worse and worse, and suddenly I saw a U-Haul trailor in the road ahead of me. It was either sitting still or barely moving, and I had no choice but to hit it head on or try to go around. I turned sharply to the left, and my VW turned over and skidded down the highway on the driver's side, with sparks shooting up through the water. When the car came to a halt lying on the driver's side, I decided to jump out of the car as I raised the passenger door straight up in the air. Before I could jump, my VW was struck by another car and I was ejected.............

Hello,
I just bought a 97 honda civic LX and it has an after market radio installed but one of the speakers wasn't hooked up to the back of the sterio right so no sound come from it. I can fix that problem easily but I cannot seam to get the stock trim peice that goes around the stereo and the air condition vents and everything off. Is it just pressed in there or are their bolts that hole it in place? Because I cannot afford to replace anything so I cannot break it.

If you don't know what i talking about its the black trim peice that goes around the air vents, ac knobs and selectors, and the radio. Its the whole pannel that I wish to remove and it seams to be secured alot tighter than I thought and I really don't want to break it.
