Could be a dirty fuel injectors, the same thing happened to me. Get some STP cleaner, add it to your gas tank and see if that helps. You may also need a tune up (if it's been a while).

At times does it shake when coming to a stop then cut off , But starts right back up If this is the case replace the Idle control switch and change air filter, hope this helps.

Generally its either clogged injectors, dirty fuel filter, sometimes a dirty carb, and various other stuff. Without knowing more specifics about your car, that's about all of the info I can give you.
Also, depending on when was the last tune up, that could help solve the problem.

Either you have a leak in your fuel line allowing air to get sucked in when you press the throttle, or you have a bad fuel-to-air mixture valve, or your timing is off causing the delay in reaction and stall conditions. Check your fuel lines first as that is the most probable cause, and most dangerous of the possibilities.

Start by replacing the fuel filter. If that doesn't work, put in some fuel injector cleaner. If that doesn't work try replacing the throttle positon sensor and O2 sensor. If no luck re[place fuel pump. If that doesn't work, replace the fuel sending unit and in gas tank fuel filter screen. If that doesn't work replace the fuel injectors.
