Small Business - March 2007

I want to start my own business . I want to set up a small trading company . Mainly deal with foot wear t -shirt sports wear and MP3 and Mp4 player . I will import these products from China Then sel it in the USA market .I thought at the begaining . We mainly accept small orders .
So please give me your suggestion ,about how to name such a company .

Okay I have purchased MANY so called "THE BEST WHOLESALE LIST" on ebay costing me hundreds of dollars. I have purchased items and lost money reselling items from whole sellers and drop shippers. I know there is no "Get Rich Quick" thing. All I am looking for is a REAL wholesaler! I have heard that it takes months of research to find a good one. I have been looking for over a year with no luck! Could someone please cut me a break and give me one of your little secrets? I really don't care what the product is. As long as it is a legitimate whole seller. YES I know that legit ones require business licenses. And YES I have one! So I am good to go just somebody help me here! (No dropshippers please.. based on my research I heard most of them are trash)

I have a few ideas in several areas , but have no idea of the steps to take as far as getting the ideas into action. I've heard people have made it big with their ideas with no formal training, but how did they get their idea's up and running ?
With no money , no formal training , how is this possible ?

I don't want to run into any issues where the original manufacturer of the item has the right to tell me that I can't sell my product because I used their product to make it. Is it mine to do with as I please as long as I purchased the original product fair and square?

im tired of working for a minimum salary (40,000)i can barely keep my head above water. i do interior renovations for upscale clients. im looking to totally switch my field. maybe sales or somthing. the reason being i never had a chance to go to college, no time,always working for my money. really im so sick of working from check to check. and working for a general contractor, he makes all the money and i barely stay alive.
