I don't want to run into any issues where the original manufacturer of the item has the right to tell me that I can't sell my product because I used their product to make it. Is it mine to do with as I please as long as I purchased the original product fair and square?

I appreciate any answers, and would love references to specifical laws on trademarks, etc. Thanks!

As long as it is a blank t-shirt (ie. no logo on it) then it is ok to do what you want to do.

Of course, you can buy the blank t-shirts and put a logo or something else on them to resell. It is done all the time. As long as they don't have a logo on them already. Why not?

Of course yes, after you have bought it. It is yours to do as you wish. More power to you if you can make some profit from it. You go girl.
