told that I needed five board members to inc. However there is only two of us, is there a way that we can incorporate so that I can open an account in the name of the company so as checks or money orders, etc. for the business (play bills , etc.) will go directly to the account? Can I incorporate with two people?

I am a graduate student preparing a business plan for a landscaping company. With this I have run into a sort of dead end concerning revenue during the winter months. I am trying to figure out what the company might do during the winter time when landscapers can not work.

I work in a small company (there are 3 of us) and I recently told my boss that I am thinking of leaving, out of curtesy. I have been working here for 2 years and feel that it is time that i move on (there are other issues as well...) Since telling my boss he has cut all contact that i have with out clients. He has excluded me from many things happening in the office and makes me do all the 'doggy work'. I am not even allowed to go to any meetings anymore. I know that he has to take care of his business, but I have not even handed in my notice. I tried to talk to him yesterday but he is having none of it.

Please can you help? Shall I sit tight and wait untill I find a job, or leave and go temping?

I will be making some international wire transfers to china. I'm wondering where I can do this for a low charge.

Is there a way to ensure that the money doesn't get 'lost' in the SWIFT system? I've heard of wire transfers to india taking 6 months.

What information does my partner need to give me? Is there a way to ensure that my account number is safe from scrupulous partners, in order to avoid a chargeback of some sort?

I want to open up a business as a limited liab. company (LLC) but I was wondering if I could use my home address as the office address when registering. I am in VA by the way. Since, my company will make on-site calls to customers, a physical office is really not needed. Can anyone please let me know if this is possible? Also, at the time of registration, do I need to name all the owners immediately? or can I add more later? THANKS

I have got the smallest gift shop in Surrey in a quiet village but because the rent and rates are quite high I have to sell alot of gifts before I can see much of the takings. I am thinking of changing it to something else. Has anyone got any unusual money making ideas for a small shop. Something original or wacky -any ideas will be considered.Suggestions so far - Icecream parlour - Sweets - sandwich shop - dating agency - chocolate making - but I would have to sell alot of these to cover my costs . I am trying to think of something that brings in more money than these small items because there arent that many people around . I know this is probably the answer that most shop owners would like to know but i would like some inspiration . will appreciate any suggestions
