I've had this site for a while now. I've been selling my stuff to family and friends and sometimes word of mouth. Now everything is going really slow. I need the money to pay bills. I want to quit because there are no more sales. Someone please help me. I want my business to be more advertising. How can I do that?

Its just out of curiousity. Right now, since we are in the information age, and it is rapidly increasing, so many people are making good money thru the internet. There is one guy from marketingtips.com that shows that he already makes millions at the age of 23, selling goods on the internet.

There may be other young internet entrepreneurs that made a great fortune over the internet.

I also heard of a few people in MLM that are under 25 and drive Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

I have a small business that supplies wholesale promotional items. I am talking to a few schools right now that prefer to purchase promotional items from me through purchase orders. I am unfamiliar with these and I have been accepting credit cards and checks eversince.

What is the process of accepting a purchase order?

Also, a follow-up question, but how do I deal with it as being a sole proprietor? The business is home-based and all done online. Does the name on the PO have to be my full name? How do I deal with taxes on my end, since its just a small business? When using purchase orders, will it reach the IRS?

Hi, I'm starting a business, first as an LLC. One-man show now (no pun intended, it will be a media business), could grow to an Inc. in a couple of years. I'm based in New York City now, but my business is conducted around the country and could eventually be based in LA. Everyone talks about Delaware, but someone told me to look into Nevada as well. Can anyone kindly point out the benefits of Nevada over Delaware? Thank you!

I was given the letter on the first day i was supposed to join. I have been told by my coworkers that i should take them to court as this is wrong and injustice. the reason for this termination given to me is restructuring but they have hired a temp person who is doing my job. I was on disability leave because i got in a car accident and hurt my back. I was getting treatment and was away from work for 2 months.
what action can i take against them?
I just cant understand how they can just let me go. is there a way i can get my job back. should i try to get my job back or just legal action against them. i work for a big company. I work in the office. employers = 10,000..been working there for 7 years.
thanks for reading.

Hi - I have created a web site for my mom, who's trying to sell her original art online. I'm getting lots of hits to the website, but no sales. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong? Should I change something about the website? Offer more products? Any suggestions would be welcome.

The website is http://www.jeankudo.com.

Thanks for your feedback!

I work in a residential college where we have a shop open to students only, there has been comments from them and staff that they would like the shop to provide DVD rental, does anyone have any idea where i start with this, i have tried searching on the internet and get very little information. I need to know about the law and the rules and regulations involved with the rental business. It will only be to our students and not the public, but i am aware that i need to meet all regulations to do with copyright and playing illegal DVDs
