I would echo those that mentioned the Small Business Association. They offer an online business planner, online articles and ideas as well as classes.
SCORE - these are retired professionals who you can e-mail and ask for advice regarding your small business.
Other small business owners who won't be direct competitors but who may refer people to you and to whom you may refer people.
