My friend and i are planning on setting up a chinese take out restaurant. We really do not have money to pay a consultant to do this for us. We will appreciate any information and advise. We need advise on the business generally how best to go about it, utensils to use and menus.

I've got a business that delivers meat to restaurants here in California. There is this one restaurant who haven't paid for their statements for over three months already. The amount they owe me is about $29,000.oo. I've already cutted them off but now the owner is avoiding my visits and calls. If I hire lawyers to get it for me, will they be responsible for my lawyer and court fees. Because I don't think its fair that I have to spend more money to get my money. Anyone know?

my previous question was : {i had a girl working for me before and she has left about 2weeks ago... my bank statment shows that some 'refunds' have been made from my business account through my PDQ machine to the same customer sevral times whereas i do not have any documents showing that we had to refund any customer... i think that that girl used the refund option from my business's PDQ machine to steal money... but i have no prove?? what do i do now? }

i have checked with the bank and the transactions have been made into a strange person's account.. all i know about that girl is her name and i have lost her number how can i make sure that it is her ?? and how can the police or bank know ? wil i ever get this money back?? i was robbed £3000

Hi,

I will be opening a boutique soon and am still trying to find the perfect name. I would like to name it with just one word or possibly two. For example, I really like Kitson and Intuition (these are store names that already exist so I can't use them). I think they are fun and easy to remember. I am trying to think of a name that would will evoke a good feeling when people hear it or an unusual but memorable name…

Here is some information if it helps. My boutique carries handbags in three price points (high ~$150-300, mid ~$60 & low ~$35) and higher end jewelry and tees. The typical shoppers are women between 20-40 years old.
