I despise disloyalty. So if I have an employee who for fun makes fun of his or her boss, is it bad for me to fire that person?

What other traits do you despise?

I recently had a service preformed on a vehicle that I was quoted 130.00 for the service (labor charge for 1 1/2 hours). I called the next day (around 11:30) to see if service was completed and vehicle was ready. I was advised the Parts I provided (new still in box from auto store) were defective and I would have to pay an additional fee of 130.00 to have this replaced. I was also advised I would have to pay a 45.00 test fee to assure that it was deffinatly the part that was the problem. Since I had to have my vehicle I felt i was at there mercy and no choice but to let them proceed with the repair. I called the auto parts store and they quickly took a new part to replace the alleged defective part to the mechanic and i was lead to believe by the end of the day it would be complete. I called ( around 3:30) and was advised they were working on it yet at 5:30 I was advised they could not fix it till the next day. is this leagal or Are they just greedy

Can anyone be a dog walker? I want to do it as experience, (I want to be a vet) I'm fairly experienced with animals and am 16 yrs old. Do I need any kind of licesing? What kind of pay could I expect, and how would I advertise. What kind of rules should I have about e.g. un-neutered dogs, unvaccinated dogs, dangerous dogs, on or off lead walks, etc. Can anyone please give me some information (I'm not looking for a full-time job, just a bit of experience in the proffession.)

I'm planning to purchase rare electronics items that are not readily available in the U.S such as game consoles, mobile phones and computer accessories that are only released in Asia and resell them online in the U.S.
Are there any government imposed restrictions that I should be aware of?
I will most probably get items shipped in small quantities via Postal Service or UPS and I anticipate each shipment will be worth no more than USD500. Would this be considered an Import Business? and what are the rules and regulations for that? Do I have to register with a government agency?

Could you please provide any links to resources that I can use to educate myself about such business.

Thank you!

Doing a bit of research for work, I've been asked to do a little bit of research in regards to what risk assessment is.
I have it defined as "The severity of a hazard multiplied by the likelihood of the hazard arising".
I've been told that his is a load of bull, and that there is a much more in depth approach to risk assessment! I need help! Any sources would be greatly appreciated

A company emailed me asking what my services are and for my name. However, they did so using all capital letters. I asked why the screaming? To me using all capital letters is not very professional as it shows screaming.

Well, this person took defense to this and went off on me again using all capital letters. They told me how their company and website screens businesses in the Tampa Bay area for attitude, how quickly they respond and so on. They told me I lost their business including others and will add me to the black list.

Am I worried for nothing? My thinking is any company who uses all capital letters is not showing a professional attitude.Heck, this person even forgot to add periods where needed.
