Well, it is a real industry...even if some people don't want to admit it. Would I do it? No.

However, I am not sure what your question is?

I am a Tax Accountant...and I have had two clients that dealt in things that are very close to what your talking about. I will tell you if want to do this...find a very good lawyer first and make sure your retainer is current. I can almost guarantee that you will end up in court often.

I just love the new attitudes of there is money in it and I can do it. My generation thought that too. If it was so easy everyone would be rich.

Oh....just another hint...from the last I knew it isn't illegal to sell porno...it is still illegal in almost every state to film the porn movie. Now, you see why you a very good lawyer...the are many laws that you will have to deal with. Even, if you aren't talking about movies. And, I'd say if you are talking about live Internet stuff you need at least two lawyers.

And, yes I did learn this from my ex-clients...all I did was make sure they followed the tax laws.
