I can’t quite understand why our new family owned business, online jewelry, is not attracting customers – it’s has brand names like Icing and Claire’s, with affordable prices ($ everything’s five dollars $), their light and “sensitive solution” to provide comfort for all, and best of all it is jewelry that will be delivered within three days maximum. I have looked at the website numerous times, and see no error with it, and yet I wonder why people are not looking and becoming customers to our new wonderful website or business. Please look at the website, and give us feedback as to what you like and don’t like about it – and any further suggestions will greatly be appreciated – I hope your business experience will be one of great supremacy. Please help spread the word of our business. THANKS IN ADVANCE! THANKS IN ADVNACE TO THOSE WHO BROWSE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND HELP SREAD THE WORD!

Do I need to become licensed/registered/certified? Do I need to have my home inspected (if so, by who)? Do I need to take classes? Are there fees involved? Are there limits to how many children of certain ages, or how many hours/day I can watch them? Does SBA help with start-up costs for daycares?

I want to start a biometrics software company. Is it better to hire developers or build a partnership with an existing biometrics company, potentially they might be the main supplier?

I went there two years ago, and even though I knew that they had become successful in trade, I was totally surprised by the shear number of people who appeared to be what we would call middle class.

The city I visited, Xiamen, was modern, and clean. The newer, wealthier part of the city was much larger than any of the areas that could be called slums. Out in the country side, where the factory I visited was, there was more apparent poverty. The city was different altogether. Xiamen is a MINOR city. It boggles my mind to imagine what Shanghai must be like.

I recently set up my LLC in CT. Both my wife and son were listed as officers in the LLC, but not as members.

I want to preserve the protection afforded to our personal assets, offered by the LLC, so should I consider removing both my wife and son as officers? If so, can I operate the LLC with only myself listed as an officer?

Two are funny ie; the picture(s)/with/caption, and one is serious ie; picture/with/logo. From a consumer standpoint, which is more effective?
