I can’t quite understand why our new family owned business, online jewelry, is not attracting customers – it’s has brand names like Icing and Claire’s, with affordable prices ($ everything’s five dollars $), their light and “sensitive solution” to provide comfort for all, and best of all it is jewelry that will be delivered within three days maximum. I have looked at the website numerous times, and see no error with it, and yet I wonder why people are not looking and becoming customers to our new wonderful website or business. Please look at the website, and give us feedback as to what you like and don’t like about it – and any further suggestions will greatly be appreciated – I hope your business experience will be one of great supremacy. I think the prices are very OK.

Maybe a little more color in the web page could help.

Maybe you need a more easy name for the web page (f.e. best-jewelry.com). The name is very large and confusing because it has no spaces between words.

But the important thing is how are you advertising your web page. If people do not know about it, they will never go there. Maybe in yahoo they can give you a good solution (maybe using banners in the some pages, you can make a little campaign).

Online marketing is not straight forward and require much more technicalities than selling offline. However, once you can master online selling, it can generate more revenue.
The best way to get maximum mileage is to get an internet marketing expert to work with you.
I had attended a 4 day seminar recently (World Internet Summit) where the speakers are all millionaires...making money from internet businesses.
The key for online business is traffic generation, followed by customer relationship building.
And for traffic generation, there are more than 40 ways to do it.
A simple way for you...if you have current customers that buys offline, send them email or call them to inform them about your website. Offer them incentive if they refer 5 friends and send emails to these 5 friends.
I think this is the simplest way but not the best way for mass traffic generation.
By the way, you have mentioned about your strengths ( fast delivery, branded names etc) but at the website, these are not easily visible.

Yea make flyers about ur website and post them through people's doors pin up flyers about it also try advertising online and does your site come up on yahoo or google that will help alot too, you could advertise it in newspapers as well

You need to hook up with a search engine and use keywords that will attract people to your site.
