i own a business, one lady owns a business, too. we are sponsored by the same company. i am ahead of her game and she been with the company longer than i am. and she feels that i am a threat to her, is not that i know this. is because i feel this. the way she treats me when i am doing a presentation, she wants to make me feel and look stupid. and on the other hand she chases the same clients that i already talked to. and i feel that she is talking bad or ruining my reputation which is i am not even saying anything to anybody, i am just here to make my money and make my business, succeed. she listens to my ideas and she steals it. i dont know what else to say to do.

I'm trying to find out what basic services are provided by non-profit organizations. I know they all have their specific field, but there is a structure of sorts that all non profits will go through. I'm looking for a list of basic (and some not so basic) services they render, as well as a list of information detailing what the organization does through out the year. ie, look for sponsors 20% of the time, give away money or services 30% of the time, etc. Best answer will go to the person who is descriptive, detailed, knowlegable, and meets the requirements of the question. Thank you.

The Ritz Manor is a popular seaside resort. A double room costs $220 for one night. In order to reserve a room, guests must pay one night’s stay in advance. On each floor of the hotel, Vendalite Company operates vending machines with energy bars, juices, and other snacks for guests. Vendalite stocks the machines and collects revenue every week. Total average weekly revenue from these machines is $720. The Ritz Manor is entitled to 30% of the revenue from the machines. Vendalite sends a check to the Ritz Manor once at the end of each quarter for the resort’s share of the revenue.

Based on this information, what type of adjusting entries does the Ritz Manor have?

How are the amounts of these adjustments determined?

Which accounts are affected?

I have missed a lot of work because of my illnesses. Plus I have pressure from both my husband & mother in law to stay working. They say that today's families have to have both husband and wife working. I love the work I do but it is too hard to go to work everyday and take care home too. Plus my job is a very high stress job. I work in insurance claims. I am pretty crafty but I can't cook. I enjoy books also. I'm a pretty good typist but I think that is a thing of the past with everyone so computer literate now days. I have been selling something on ebay but that is mostly used stuff I found around the house. Does anyone have any ideas?

Found some fantastic answers about MLM on this sight...just joined by the way. I have been in MLM for 5 years but would love some answers. Despite the success I have had I'm beginning to think it might be a time for the whole industry to change. After 5 years in I have recently come across some info that sugests I may have been lied to...quite a lot actually. I'm a big boy and can handle that but it appears I may have been duplicating(Good MLM word) those lies to a lot of other people...not good. Anyone care to share the lies they may have been told.

So for the past 7 months i've been working for Aflac on 100% commission, I love some aspects of the job and others I cant stand. Of course the 100% sucks at times, my trainer has so many personal problems that affect the training, the people really care about themselves and not the company, the market isso saturated. So I got a couple groups one of which a pretty giid size and got me a lot of money. I serviced the account and resolved several issues that my boss got me into. After doing so well with this account they offered me a job. It consists of base salary, plus commission, full benefits, basically everything someone my age (24) can ask for. My problem is that I hate quitting jobs. I feel terrible doing it. I am wondering what advice someone can give me about doing it. Also account I opened, i'm wondering if anyone who worked ith aflac can tell em what to do about it. The account will get a lot of more premium written it every month. Im wondering if I still get a cut of that. Thnx

I work for a small commercial painting company, and I'm the only woman here. I have more "big business" experience than the rest of the guys here, but I feel like my ideas aren't taken seriously. For example, we are having chronic problems with an employee, so I suggested we demote him. The owner and general manager looked at me like they wished I would shut up and then started talking about the idea like it was their own brain child. I was the last to find out that the time of our meeting today was changed, even though I'm the one who organizes all the meetings. I'm really getting annoyed! Some of the guys even say stuff just to piss me off, like women are inferior, go get me lunch, etc. How can I get more respect at work without crying harrassment? I love my job but I'm tired of being treated like I don't have valid ideas because I don't have a d**k!!!

**I often stand up for myself in these situations, I'm looking for longer term solutions

The main requirements of attaining a small business loan are your personal credit history, business plan, education, experience, and the feasibility of the business itself. My question is, how important is the education aspect in trying to get a loan ?
