USPS tracking might be the worst in esistence. I've never had success in getting the info on any of several packages I've gotten or sent through them supposedly with tracking. We get pretty spoiled by the accurate tracking of UPS and Fed-Ex.

There could be a problem on the seller end, but don't panic, it could well just be the lousy tracking. If it was shipped a week ago, you should have it pretty soon. If it doesn't arrive by early next week, you could check with the post office and have them put a trace on it.

I have been through this a few times. If you have been given a usps number, I'm sure that they have mailed it by now. Give it another 4 or 5 days to get to you. You should contact the seller and find out if, and when, it got mailed.

I believe EBay has a policy about reporting bad transactions. Try reading about it on EBay's site. If needed, I think you would need to file a report to EBay just before the 2 week mark from date of winning bid.
